Working at the FBF

The work experience is really formative and an opportunity of being temporarily part of the working world. The Ferrara Buskers Festival Association offers the chance of having a work experience that can vary in terms of length and demands of the Organisation and the trainee.
Any work experience at the festival organisation is aimed at achieving a practical experience for the trainee and his/her professional and personal growth, in line with the formative credits system.
