Will booking fees increase the ticket price?

We have chosen to include booking fees in the displayed ticket price. No surprises, no extra costs.

What do the different ticket options include? Are single-day tickets available?

Festival Passes include access to all 5 days of the festival (€25 in total, compared to €5 per day for single-day tickets). Single-day tickets are valid for one festival day only.

Are tickets refundable?

No, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may only be resold through our official ticketing partners.

Are tickets issued in my name? Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No, tickets are not issued in the ticket holder's name, so you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets through the dedicated ticket page on our website or from our official ticketing partner Ticketmaster.

Can I buy tickets at the festival entrance?

Yes, but only if tickets are still available. Please note that festival capacity is limited, and buying your ticket in advance is the only way to guarantee entry and avoid waiting in line. If the festival sells out, tickets will no longer be available at the entrance.

I have a disability. Can I attend the festival?

Yes. We do not require any disability certification or minimum disability rating. You may also bring one companion, who will be entitled to a reduced-price ticket.

Please collect your complimentary admission ticket at Ticket Office 1, located on Corso Porta Reno.

If you have any accessibility requirements, please email biglietti@ferrarabuskers.com before your visit. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do children need a ticket?

Admission is free for children up to and including 13 years of age (all children born on or after 1 January 2013).

Visitors aged 13 to 18 are eligible for a reduced-price ticket.
