TICKET
Free Admission:
- Children all born on or after January 1, 2013
when accompanied by at least one adult holding a valid ticket or pass.

Reduced Admission
- Caregivers and Companions of people with disabilities
- Youth born on or before December 31, 2012, up to 18 years old
- Senior over 65
- Partner Organizations (list being finalized)

FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
Festival opening: 7:00 PM.
Street food trucks along the festival route.
Schedule for workshops, exhibitions, and talks is being finalised, see 2025 program and locations on the website.
Buskers performances: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM, divided into 2 time slots, detailed program on the website.
Afterparty from midnight: location to be confirmed.
Sunday, August 30th:
Opening at 4:00 PM.
Buskers shows from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Entry to the event requires a ticket purchase. The ticket helps support the festival while keeping prices symbolic, including pre-sale fees, with discounted rates.
All spectators are encouraged to support the buskers through voluntary contributions “tips in the hat”.
Tickets provide free access to workshops, exhibitions, and activities both inside and outside the main festival route.
Contribute to this edition by purchasing single-day tickets or festival passes in advance.
CHILDREN
All performances are family-friendly.
Artistic and eco-themed workshops are free for all children.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
People with disabilities have free entry and full access, as all areas are barrier-free.
Companions are entitled to reduced-price tickets upon confirmation via biglietti@ferrarabuskers.org
PETS
Dogs are allowed at the festival, but note that loud volumes may disturb them.
For safety reasons, dogs must be kept on a leash.
Muzzles are recommended but not mandatory.
AFTERPARTY
The afterparty is free to attend, but bringing your own drinks is not allowed for safety reasons.
Please respect the city and festival area: dispose of cigarette butts properly and use recycling stations.
IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER
As a unique, limited event, if weather conditions prevent normal festival operations, the organizers reserve the right to cancel. However, in mild adverse weather, the festival may still take place. These measures aim to protect attendees’ rights while maintaining the festival’s economic sustainability.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING FOR PUBLIC EVENTS
During the event, the organizers reserve the right to take photos and videos of the audience, both by staff and third parties (journalists, bloggers, influencers) in compliance with Italian law 633/41, Art. 97.
Consent is not required when reproduction is justified by public notoriety, official duties, justice or police purposes, scientific, educational, or cultural activities, or events of public interest. Images cannot be commercialized if it harms the subject’s honor, reputation, or dignity.
IMAGE RIGHTS
By participating in the Ferrara Buskers Festival events, the participant expressly authorizes the organizing body to record their image through television, cinema, photographic, or other means during the event and acknowledges Ferrara Buskers Festival ETS’s right, but not obligation, to:
record, reproduce, print, publish, project, distribute, and use the images by any means currently known or invented in the future, without limits of time or scope;
transfer them to third parties, including for promotional and/or advertising purposes.
The participant/artist also declares they have no claims against Ferrara Buskers Festival ETS and/or its assignees or anyone using and exploiting their image, as their participation satisfies any entitlement.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Individuals whose personal data are processed have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of whether such data exists, to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, request updates, or request rectification, in compliance with Italian Law Art. 7 of D.Lgs. 196/2003.
Under the same article, they have the right to request deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to oppose processing for legitimate reasons.

The daily program is available on our website. All festival days are equally important.
PRESS ACCREDITATION
Only journalists with a valid press card or assignment letter will be accredited. For press pass collection, contact the festival press office, open during festival days from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requests must be submitted via the official website form and confirmed by email. There are many requests and limited spots. Registrations for each event remain open until full.
The press office will arrange interviews and meetings with festival guests during the event according to their availability. No interpretation service is provided.
